The checker looks for a Content Credentials manifest, validates what the local verifier can establish and reports claims, ingredients and actions that are actually present. The report distinguishes a valid binding from an unverified or malformed declaration.
Limitation: Many platforms strip provenance during export or forwarding. Missing Content Credentials do not prove that an image is camera-original or AI-free.
