ExifPrivator processes a photo only to inspect its metadata and create the clean copy you request.

Photos and temporary files

When you upload a photo, it is sent to the ExifPrivator server for processing. The original, preview and generated copy are temporary and are deleted automatically within 30 minutes. You can also delete the current job immediately from the service interface.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account or publish a photo without an explicit action by the user.
• We do not use photos or extracted metadata for model training.
• We do not intentionally include filenames, metadata values or job tokens in public URLs.

Essential cookie

The service sets an essential, HTTP-only device cookie. It helps associate your browser with its temporary job and enforce service limits. It is not an advertising cookie and JavaScript on the page cannot read it.

Technical data

Like most web services, the hosting infrastructure may process basic request data such as IP address, browser user agent, request time and error information for security and reliability. ExifPrivator does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Your choices

You may stop using the service before uploading a file, delete an active job from the interface, or wait for automatic deletion. Avoid uploading a photo if you do not agree to this temporary server-side processing.
